The privacy of our website users is very important to us and we make every effort to ensure that it is protected. We care about the privacy of visitors to our website. When processing your Personal Data, we act in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (UE) 2016/679 or “GDPR”).
“NORMAIZOL” LLC (hereinafter the Controller) has developed this Privacy Policy (hereinafter the Policy), which contains a list of the types of information we receive through this website, the purposes of processing the received information, information about to whom the received information can be transferred, and a description of your rights regarding collected Personal Data.
The policy applies only to this website, and does not extend to sites that users may visit by following links that may be posted on this site.
The purposes for which we will process Personal Data:

- user identification for forming orders for goods and services on the website;
- providing users with feedback on sent requests;
- collection of user statistics;

The Controller reserves the right to make changes to this Policy, which in this case will be implemented by publishing a new edition. Categories of Personal Data, purposes and legal basis of processing
Personal data collected using Site forms
When you fill out forms on the site, you provide certain personal and contact information (for example, first name, last name, email address and phone number). Such Personal Data is processed to provide you with the requested information (consultations, calculations, news, etc.), as well as to communicate with you.
The controller reserves the right to disclose your personal information:
- in those cases where the law requires us to do so;
- in connection with any current or future legal proceedings;
- to establish, exercise or protect our legal rights (including providing information to other parties to prevent fraud or reduce credit risks);
- to a buyer (or potential buyer) of any business or assets that we sell (or intend to sell); and
- to any person who, in our reasonable opinion, may apply to a court or other authorized body for the disclosure of that personal data and, in our reasonable opinion, that court or authorized body will issue an order for the disclosure of that personal data.
The controller will not disclose your personal information to third parties, except for the cases specified in these rules.
The above Personal Data will be stored for 120 months. After this period, such Personal Data will be deleted or anonymized.
The legal basis for processing is your consent in accordance with Article 6 (1). letter (a) GDPR. You may withdraw consent at any time and your Personal Data will be immediately deleted or anonymized.
Automatically collected data
With each visit to the Site, certain information about the site user’s device is automatically collected, in particular: browser type and version; Operating System; IP address. The processing of such information is necessary for viewing the content of the Site. Such information will be deleted after achieving the purposes for which it was collected and, in any case, at the end of the session (when the user leaves the Site). Information automatically collected by the Site is not compared with other information about site visitors.

The analytical Internet service Google Analytics, Google LLC (“Google”), +1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA sets certain cookies that collect information about your visit to the site: remember the number of visits; register the traffic source; determine the beginning and end of the session; information about your device (browser and its version, operating system).

Your rights
According to the GDPR, the Data Controller ensures the exercise of the following rights:

- Your right to data rectification (Article 16 GDPR): You have the right to request the Data Controller to correct inaccurate Personal Data concerning you.

- Your right to restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR): You have the right to request the restriction of data processing if one of the grounds specified in Article 18 GDPR applies
- Your right to mobility of data (Article 20 GDPR): Pursuant to Art. 20 GDPR, you have the right to receive certain Personal Data and transfer that Personal Data to another Data Controller, without interference from us, wherever it is located: (i)

We will store all personal information provided by you on our secure (both password and firewall) servers.
