Highly effective tubular heat and noise insulating material based on foamed synthetic rubber with a protective coating of Aluholst. For ease of installation the tube has a longitudinal cut, the edges of which are covered with a permanent adhesive layer. Also along the edge of the cut there is a self-adhesive strip of protective coating for reliable bonding of the insulation to the overlaps.
